Event Details

Hurdy-Gurdy player Ben Grossman will treat guests to examples of music, to an exploration of the extraordinary medieval instruments used in creating the music of The Children's Crusade, and will discuss medieval music and its role in this unique opera. Ben Grossman is the Hurdy-Gurdy player of the esteemed Toronto Consort, an ensemble of musicians who specialize in the music of the Middle Ages, Renaissance, and early Baroque.
